What can you expect?

You are the first point of contact for all concerns of a defined service area of our external partners, take over customer communication (phone, email, tickets) and the corresponding reporting
You handle incoming complaints and, in close cooperation with the operational and commercial departments, find customer-oriented solutions (complaint management)
You are responsible for checking the material input for ongoing special orders and dispatching a team of craftsmen from a service area assigned to you
