Nutrition Therapist (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring/optimizing nutrition therapy for patients - Conducting and monitoring screening procedures to identify malnutrition (e.g. NRS Active participation in the interdisciplinary nutrition team in the Visceral Oncology Center - Independent implementation and monitoring of diet and nutrition therapy measures - Preparation and follow-up of nutritional preventive examinations - Conducting training and further education events on nutrition education for employees of the Visceral Oncology Center - Assisting in collecting department-specific data for the purpose of internal quality assurance - Supporting the ERAS concept in the Clinic for Visceral Surgery for patients with colon cancer, among others

We are looking for:

Completed training as a nutrition consultant or a degree in nutritional science or a completed vocational training as a state-recognized dietitian - Experience in treating malnutrition - Solid knowledge of nutritional medicine - Experience in creating parenteral and enteral, indication-specific nutrition plans - Relevant professional experience in dietary and nutritional counseling/training for patients
