To strengthen the existing team of a residential facility for people with disabilities with integrated daily structure, we are currently looking for a group leader (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

You provide care and support to adult individuals with disabilities according to their individual needs
You are responsible for pedagogical intervention, guidance, and support in everyday situations
You are responsible for medication administration and nursing assistance
You accompany medical appointments
You intervene in crises
You bring new ideas and perspectives for the development of the residential facility
You conduct objective observations, evaluations, and documentation
You conduct employee discussions
You organize and moderate team meetings
You create work schedules

Qualifications:

You have a degree as a staterecognized specialist in care for people with disabilities (m/f/d), educator (m/f/d), social pedagogue (m/f/d), or similar pedagogical qualification
Ideally, you have professional experience
You are willing to work in shifts (
