- Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner as they arrive at the service department.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure accurate entry of customer information into the system.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle customer payments and invoicing with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and automotive service software (preferred).
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
