My client is looking for a project manager that has strong background in construction management and will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Project variety currently mainly multifamily, light commercial, and tenant improvement All local projects Project sizes are mainly between $100k and $10M Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
