Project Manager is responsible for managing, overseeing and coordinating the completion and technical specifications of designated solar PV or energy storage projects for the PV & BESS division.

Will plan and execute the project and coordinate the efforts of team members, partners, third-party contractors while ensuring that contractual requirements and completion of the schedule deadlines and deliverables are adhered to.

• Manage and oversee the completion of projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, contractual requirements, and schedule deadlines.
• Define the scope, goals, methodology, and deliverables of project/product development.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining tasks and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and daily operational aspects.
• Provide direction and support to the project team, acting as a liaison to ensure effective coordination among participating teams.
• Facilitate communication among project participants to expedite processes and resolve issues. Schedule and facilitate meetings to discuss project status and issue resolution.
• Plan project timelines and track deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Collect and analyze information on project phases, objectives, tasks, timeframe, scope, quality, costs, etc., and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables meet company quality standards and contract requirements. Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to the client.
• Minimize exposure and risk on projects and develop recovery/mitigation plans for unanticipated events.
• Collaborate with the corporate Headquarters Project Management team to meet contractual obligations and adhere to schedules.
• Develop and establish relationships with clients to foster longterm business ties.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Manage the 'change order' process, documenting, obtaining approval for, and tracking all changes in project scope. Communicate project changes and events to stakeholders.
• Follow up with clients regarding unpaid invoices when necessary.
• Use internal processes and procedures to execute work and suggest areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel up to 25% may be required from Milwaukee facility.(HQ) to project facilities and job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
