The Role

The Project Manager will be a member of the Professional Services Division within the Solera Data Consulting Department, reporting to Merton.

The Project Manager will use a strategic approach to plan and execute projects in the Professional Services space. They will work closely with the three sub-departments within the division (Implementation, Configuration, and Training) as well as Sales Stakeholders to identify and qualify additional opportunities for Solera.

The Project Manager will have direct interaction with clients and will provide value in various areas, including:

What You'll Do

Defining project scope and deliverables for Solera projects, creating and maintaining project documentation, and developing plans and resource allocation.

Monitoring projects to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, setting timelines and milestones, assigning responsibilities, and summarizing progress.

Collaborating with the Sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Solera and promote the company's unique value proposition.

Supporting clients by understanding their needs and challenges, and identifying opportunities to upsell new Solera projects and consulting services.

Facilitating communication with project stakeholders, including providing regular updates on project status.

Providing leadership and ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery, working with other Solera teams (both internally and externally within Professional Services).
