- Operation and maintenance of various process equipment and building utilities in paint, body-in-white, and assembly areas.
- Troubleshooting abilities, PLC's knowledge, and expertise in different types of manufacturing equipment.
- Understanding of utilities such as power supply, water, HVAC, and air houses.
- Maintenance knowledge in electrical and mechanical areas.
- Troubleshooting skills in electricity, pneumatics, and mechanics for proper problem analysis.
- Handling of cranes, hoists, and related equipment.
- Support for production needs and cross-department collaboration.
- Establishment or adjustment of work schedules to meet production demands.
- Implementation of process compliance and continuous equipment improvements.
- Creation of reports for incident prevention and proactive maintenance measures.
- Coordination of preventive maintenance activities and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Collaboration with contractors and vendors for effective operations.
- Providing technical assistance to production groups.
- Enforcement of safety regulations and informative communication to internal stakeholders.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years experience in process equipment maintenance and facilities.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
- Desired Skills or Experience: PLC, BMS, troubleshooting, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety knowledge.
