- Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email.
- Enter sales orders and quotes into P21.
- Provide pricing and product information as requested.
- Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required.
- Assist walk in customers if needed.
- Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current.
- Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome.
- Attend department or company-wide meetings as required.

2 years of experience in the customer support or inside sales - open to industry
Industrial/Manufacturing l sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
This position is generally considered medium work which includes exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Work performed will include the following:
sitting, standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
