    Program Support Specialist

    The Opportunity:

    Are you searching for a position where you can use your project support and analysis skills? A highly complex Information Warfare program requires a significant level of oversight to keep things moving on a productive path. That's why we need you, a skilled program support specialist who can facilitate the success of the program through careful analysis and effective communication.

    On our team, you'll support our Information Warfare projects. You'll collaborate with program leadership to and use tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams and regularly collaborate with our Engineers, Logisticians, Contracts, Subcontracts and Direct Purchasing teams.     You Have:

    • 5+ years of experience in assisting with managing, executing, and supporting projects
    • 3+ years of experience with writing, editing, and formatting te chnical documentation using Microsoft Word
    • 2+ years of experience with managing, tracking, and analyzing project finan cials
    • 2+ years of experience with generating reports using advanced Micro soft Excel functionality
    • Experience with using Micro soft PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
    • Ability to develop project schedules using Micro soft Project
    • Ability to record meeting minutes as well as to identify, capture, and track action items
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance
    • HS diploma or GED

    Nice If You Have:

    • Experience with supporting Navy clients
    • Knowledge of DoD contracting practices
    • Ability to lead, develop, and write contract proposals
    • Ability to develop Statement of Work (SOWs) and manage subcontractors
    • Ability to create basic cost estimates utilizing various systems
    • Ability to research, procure, take inventory of and track materials
    • Ability to develop te chnical papers and PowerPoint presentations with senior engineering staff
    • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with all levels of leadership
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
