    Description


    As the Application Engineer, you'll serve as a proficient liaison between technical product intricacies and potential consumers, focusing on boosting sales.

    Your responsibilities encompass advising on product development, presenting product features during demonstrations, and potentially negotiating contracts.

    Crafting presentations for clients, assessing market opportunities, and supporting sales teams with technical insights are also key aspects of your role.

    Additionally, you'll enhance applications, handle installations and maintenance, and address client inquiries.

    We're in search of a skilled Sales Applications Engineer to develop cutting-edge applications driving our company's sales growth. Your tasks will involve creating software applications, monitoring market trends, and educating our sales team on application specifics. Providing customer support will be essential. Successful candidates will showcase extensive application engineering experience and a deep understanding of sales dynamics. Exceptional sales applications engineers leverage their expertise to innovate products and boost sales.

    Skills & Experience


    • Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field like software engineering, computer science, or related.
    • Extensive experience in sales-focused application engineering.
    • Proficiency in coding languages like C#, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
    • Advanced knowledge of software application development, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Ability to collaborate with management and sales teams on application development.
    • Skilled in training sales staff on product specifications and functionalities.
    • Ability to drive application innovation through market and competitor analysis.
    • Evaluate client feedback to enhance application functionality.
    • Proficient in documenting processes, diagnostics, and error resolution.
    • Provide technical support to clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and presentation skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Organizational skills and confidence to support sales efforts.
    • Deliver technical presentations to explain product functionality to customers.
