    Description

    New Career Opportunity: Store Manager at our Company

    • Develop strategies to achieve targets and key performance indicators through business analysis and effective communication
    • Hire and lead store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences
    • Oversee all store operations and maintain brand standards

    Key Responsibilities:
    • 30% Brand: Provides supervision and supports direction planning of associates' daily goals and activities to deliver exceptional client experience
    • Ensures all brand standards such as merchandising and marketing are met
    • Actively recruits to build a strong network of candidates when required
    • Maintains timely communication with management

    • 30% Operations: Executes all company processes through training, analysis, and continuous improvement
    • Manages inventory, payroll hours, and follows through with Company directives
    • Utilizes strategies to support digital initiatives such as Omni-channel fulfillment

    • 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensures the store environment is safe for associates and customers
    • Protects company assets by enforcing inventory and cash control procedures
    • Ensures compliance with all safety training and procedures

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
    • At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience
    • Effective communication skills with team and management
    • Flexible and adaptive
    • Develops strong partnerships and engages with associates at all levels
    • Demonstrates vision to drive business performance

    The work environment may involve everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions such as safe work practices, observance of fire regulations, etc.
