Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team and help build our next generation of student transportation software applications. In this role, you will own and manage a product line, creatively solve business problems, have a keen eye for product design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and secure products. Position is hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.

Salary Range: $115,000-130,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential

Responsibilities:

Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our product solutions
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, design, and operations, to define and prioritize features in the product roadmap
Create, prioritize, and maintain a detailed roadmap that aligns with actionable outcomes, company goals, and customer requirements
Work closely with stakeholders and customers across the organization to understand their needs and challenges
Translate user feedback and requirements into actionable product features and enhancements
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
Communicate product updates, milestones, and key performance metrics to internal teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers
Define and execute go-to-market plans, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
As a part of normal business operations, employees in this role may access and/or modify electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) in a manner compliant with requirements set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of product management experience for web-based, B2C, B2B, SaaS, and mobile applications
Proven record of accomplishment in delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
Established background in launching software or managed service in partnership with engineering and stakeholder teams
Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.g., dashboards, APIs, real-time monitoring, workflow pipelines, etc
Experience with Marketplace, Compliance, Gig-economy, User workflow platforms a plus

Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a customer-first focus
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
