- Champion the product strategy and vision for satellite hardware components, aligning with overall company objectives and market needs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and verify hardware requirements, features, and functionality
- Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and timely delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges
- Oversee the product lifecycle and roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across internal teams
- Facilitate communication between engineering, production, and other internal teams to ensure product alignment and execution
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact satellite hardware development
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in satellite hardware or related fields
- Proven track record of managing hardware product development cycles in space or related industries
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an engineering-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work onsite (this is not a remote position)
- Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of satellite subsystems and components
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the space industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal
- Previous leadership roles or experience directly managing a product team

We are currently seeking an experienced Hardware Product Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager.
You will be expected to take initiative, drive innovation, and demonstrate a clear passion for making visionary ideas a reality.
