- (review SCATE documents from MHH and match to appropriate customer in Solar = DONE); (when there is no match, gather information and create account (this will require coordination with Br10/Br11 personnel as well as communication with customers) = DONE); enter and/or verify SCATE information in Solar = WORKING ON NOW; file documents = TO BE COMPLETED SOON
- review ST8/sales tax exempt documents and match to appropriate customer in Solar; file documents for active customers within 5 years & shred documents with no activity within 5 years; request updated documents from current customers; enter and/or verify sales tax exempt information in Solar; file documents – this a task first for newly acquired customers, then for all customers **THIS TASK WAS FIRST ON THE LIST FROM YOU AND VICK**
- review new credit accounts from MHH; request new credit applications from any customer with credit limit of $10k or more whose current application is more than 5 years old; enter updated information and file documents (this process could actually be done for ALL credit accounts, ideally under the guidance of a Credit Manager)

Hours: 8am-5pm (M-F)
Pay: $18/$20 (Depends on Experience)
A few items to note:
Any person doing these jobs should be organized and detail-oriented. Also they must be able to work within excel and Solar/Eclipse, as well as communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email.
These items need to be done for each acquired company, in addition to what has already been done (reviewing and updating customer information in Solar; providing all customers with current remit information, including Billtrust and ACH specifics; reviewing, merging and filing credit applications)
