- Provide comprehensive service and sales support to our Greenville staff, offering feedback, coaching, training, and development opportunities. Assist in the hiring and performance management processes.
- Oversee the daily operations of our Greenville branch, ensuring alignment with management goals. Manage workflow, address employee inquiries, and resolve escalated issues.
- Assist Members and potential Members with their depository, new account, and service needs, actively identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance their financial well-being.
- Collaborate with managers, staff, and other departments to meet Members' needs efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, making recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a financial institution, with previous supervisory experience being a plus.
- Strong listening skills and clear verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, especially when managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred, not required.
