    :

    The position of Commercial Sales Associate III involves providing constant support for Commercial customers and loan system operations, serving as the primary contact for Relationship Teams on specific accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver professional and efficient service to both internal and external customers
    • Analyze transaction structures
    • Offer customer service support
    • Provide administrative assistance to Relationship Managers
    • Support Relationship Managers in closing loans and preparing closing packages
    • Handle financial statement support tasks, including uploading and monitoring statements
    • Process payments, advances, wire transfers, and credit line adjustments

    Education & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong familiarity with commercial lending products, credit policies, and legal guidelines
    • Proficient in commercial lending procedures and system operations
    • Excellent customer service, analytical, and organizational skills
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficiency in PC skills and Relationship Team systems
    • Ability to multitask and learn quickly

    Physical Requirements:

    • Domestic Travel – Occasional
    • Performing sedentary work - Continuous
    • Operating standard office equipment - Continuous
    • Concentrating for long periods of time - Continuous
