    Overview


    Gallagher Affinity Insurance Services is looking to add a Client Relationship Manager (Account Manager) to its growing Student Health insurance team in their Sacramento office.

    This is a full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity that operates on a hybrid work schedule M-F between the hours of 9am-5pm.

    How you'll make an impact


    • Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
    • In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
    • Conduct virtual or in person client presentations.
    • Lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
    • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
    • Cultivate relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
    • Achieve retention goals for assigned group of accounts.

    About You


    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
    • Life and Health license required.
    • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
