    Description


    A retail client of Insight Global is hiring for a Network Facilities Engineer to work 3 days on-site out of their Boston, MA or Lawrence, MA location.

    This individual will play a leading role in designing and overseeing the implementation of IDFs, MDFs, conduit & cabling infrastructure for New Balance sites worldwide.

    Some of the projects include new site builds, expansions, remodels, closures, and upgrades. An ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured cabling and networking.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Strong experience within structured cabling (knowledge or possession of BICSI certification)
    • Ability to read and interpret CAD or other facilities drawings
    • Experience using VISIO for documentation
    • Ability to produce high quality documentation and convey technical and non technical ideas to various stakeholders
    • Knowledge or proficiency with associated ANSI/TIA 568, ISO/IEC 11801, TIA standards

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
