    Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Abteilung Competence Center Technology Film am Standort Troisdorf eine(n) Senior Process Development Engineer (m/w/d) - Coating and Modification

    DAS BRINGT DER JOB

    Entwicklung neuer Herstellprozesse und Produkte im Bereich Folienbeschichtung, und Folienveredelung für Automobil- und Architekturanwendungen

    Entwicklung und Einführung von neuen Messmethoden

    Leitung von (globalen) Entwicklungs- und Optimierungsprojekten zur Folienherstellung, Folienbeschichtung und Folienveredelung u.a. in internationalen und interkulturellen Teams

    Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen im Technikum, in der Produktion sowie bei externen Lieferanten und Zulieferern

    Technologie-Scouting

    Übertragen von Neuentwicklungen in Patentanmeldungen und Bewertung von patent-rechtlichen, verfahrenstechnischen Fragestellungen (FTO)

    Leitung von mittleren Investitionsprojekten

    DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

    Studium mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik oder Kunststofftechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

    Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Folien, Folienbeschichtung, Folien-veredelung, Folienbedruckung oder Folienfunktionalisierung

    Erfahrung in Entwicklung von Messystemen und deren Einführung

    Interesse an vielseitigen Aufgaben, Technologien und interdisziplinärer und interkultureller Zusammenarbeit

    Erfahrung in der Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten und Investitionsprojekten >5 Jahre Industrieerfahrung

    Bereitschaft für projektabhängig regelmäßige Dienstreisen (Deutschland und weltweit)

    Soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

    Hohes Engagement, Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit

    Gestaltungs- und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit

    Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
