- Ensure recipe adherence portioning quality/food safety standards maintain temperature logs labeling.
- Kitchen Leads Sous Chefs Chefs: Train lead coach line cooks stewards model safe knife/equipment use sanitation practices manage par levels waste control assist receiving storage daily inventory counts maintain cleanliness organization kitchens coordinate Stewarding dish equipment flow.
