$ $28.89 per hour / Depending on ExperienceOn a limited basis, supervises staff and ensures appropriate training, understanding of systems, proper performance of duties and resolution of issues and inquiries as needed.
Assists with overseeing and coordinating day to day operations for a functional area that may include multiple departments or areas within the organization.
Effectively leads group meetings with staff.Assists in the hiring process and/or makes recommendations.
Ensures that staff are fully trained for the job they are performing.
Motivates, mentors, trains, and develops staff.
Prepares and conducts constructive and timely performance feedback for staff development.
Provides coaching and counsels staff when required.
Measures and examines pieces using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, verniers, and squares to ensure conformance to specifications.
Operates motorized material handling equipment such as an overhead crane, side-loader, and/or forklift, when required.Completes work order paperwork/documentation.
Restocks material.
May mark identification on material/work pieces before processing.
May mark material after processing and store material for additional processing and/or shipping.
Responsible for adhering to/ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
