    Marketing Operations Specialist

    Location:
    Grand Rapids, MI

    Salary Range:
    $64,000-$83,000

    Job Summary

    The Marketing Operations Specialist works in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects in the North American region to integrate globally aligned processes and best practices in the area of marketing & sales.

    The role will conduct complex data analyses that will be used in inform and steer strategic decisions by stakeholders.

    They will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing e-commerce tools such as tesa PRO and the TPC (target price calculator)


    The Marketing Operations Specialist is accountable for repetitive and regional activities that are cross-functional like customer classification and ensuring SAP integrations with marketing tools are working correctly.


    Principal Accountabilities:


    Maintain, update, and optimize the tesa PRO platform by working with the sales team and global counterparts to increase customer adoption and drive topline sales.

    Work with product managers to ensure that PIM system is updated and integrated with all necessary digital systems.

    Key user for MAM (Marketing Asset Management) platform ensuring all assets are uploaded and properly tagged for search and syndication.

    Optimize and manage product sampling procedure to drive out cost and complexity.
    Ensure all marketing digital platforms are properly integrated and always functioning.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree, plus 2-5 years of relevant experience.
    Experience with SAP, MAM and PIM systems (any platform) and their integration.
    Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
    Experience with backend integrations with a CMS a plus.
    Must have strong strategic thinking and organizational skills.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence internal customers and collaborate with global teams.
    Must be able to travel as required up to 15%.
