- Stay current with the latest developments in data science and marketing analytics technologies and methodologies, applying these innovations to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a significant emphasis on data science applications in marketing.
- Skillful in analytics and visualization platforms (Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and experienced with advertising networks (LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic networks) and their APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or another data science-related language.
- Expertise in website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar), inclusive of campaign set-up, troubleshooting, and report creation.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

Position Summary:
We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Performance and Analytics Analyst with a solid background in data science to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various analytics platforms, including Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau, as well as extensive experience with advertising networks like LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising networks. This role entails expertise in utilizing APIs for extracting, correlating, and reporting campaign performance, along with proficiency in multiple website analytics programs such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. The candidate must also have a strong foundation in data science skills, including statistical analysis, machine learning models, and predictive analytics, to drive insights and optimizations for marketing strategies.
