    Centura Wealth Advisory is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team. This role requires you to have the ability to work on different positions and projects simultaneously. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical hands-on role in the firms growth and development.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The key areas of responsibility include:

    • Proactively, generates, attracts, and acquires top talent by creating targeted external recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, resume databases, internal database (ATS, CRM), career fairs, and hiring events.
    • Conducts initial phone screens with candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit and present recommended candidates to hiring managers.
    • Schedules hiring manager and hiring team interviews and obtains interviewer feedback, providing recommendations for hiring best practices.
    • Advises hiring teams and stakeholders on recruitment process, policies, technology, talent insights, and best practices in partnership with Director of People & Culture.
    • Communicates with stakeholders to consistently provide updates and to ensure team and process alignment with business needs and priorities.
    • Tracks TA recruitment metrics and presents to Director of People & Culture on a weekly basis.
    • Assists hiring managers create job descriptions from standardized templates, consult on best practices, and open new requisitions in ATS.
    • Ensures candidates are updated in real time.
    • Assists Director of People & Culture managing their candidates to include scheduling interviews, documenting interviews & updating in ATS / CRM.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Success Factors:

    You will be required to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all members of our team, while maintaining a great candidate experience. You will be delivering reports and other work products to internal and external clients, therefore, writing and presenting skills will be essential. This role requires efficiency in sourcing, candidate management, and communication .

    You will need to be comfortable with taking ownership of projects and executing them or seek assistance when required to deliver desired results. The role will also require documenting certain operational processes clearly in an ongoing effort to institutionalize all operations.

    Qualifications & Experience:
    Experience:

    • 2+ years of recruiting experience, financial services preferred.
    • Proficient with the following software programs:
    • Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required.
    • Predictive Index- preferred
    • Experienced in LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ClearCo.
