- Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/Math's/Stats/MBA) from a top-tier university
- 12+ years of experience in Data /Data Science/Analytics sector in a Client Management/ Consulting
- 7+ years of experience in working for/consulting with HiTech/ISV clients
- Drive operational and commercial excellence by focusing on Revenue, Gross Margin, and Net Margin metrics
- Develop and implement Incedo's Data & AI sales strategy for Wealth Management clients
- Create a long-term sales pipeline to enhance market share in Digital, Data & AI Services
- Ensure achievement of Gross Margin targets and maintain a profitable Data & AI business
- Build strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives, understand their business needs, and manage stakeholders effectively
- Engage in client management, presentations, program management, and new opportunity identification
- Communicate with clients on various functions such as data understanding, strategizing solutions, and more
- Demonstrate strong oral, written, and presentation skills
- Translate complex business problems into digital and data-driven solutions
- Analyze business metrics and influence stakeholders with innovative solutions
- Design end-to-end Data, AI, and Digital solutions incorporating Data Science and Data Engineering principles
- Utilize analytical, mathematical, logical, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Solve diverse business problems for HiTech and ISV clients
