- Brand Advocacy and Outreach: Cultivate relationships with community influencers, brand advocates, and thought leaders to expand our reach and influence within the industry.
- Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of community and event strategies, using data to drive improvements and demonstrate ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading community engagement and event management, preferably within a SaaS or HR Tech environment.

We are seeking a Head of Community & Events to spearhead our advisory network, community engagement, and offline events. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand awareness, driving engagement with our advisory, and evangelizing our brand.
