We are looking for a *Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)* for our location in Baden-Baden as soon as possible

Your tasks:

Independent, crosssector and holistic support of a fixed customer base in the area of commercial industrial customers as well as related VIP customers
Communication with customers and insurers
Determination of sectorspecific insurance needs
Preparation and review of insurance contracts
Contract processing including risk analysis
Handling of claims and coverage checks
Conducting annual discussions

Your profile:

Completed (insurance) commercial training
Relevant further education (insurance specialist or insurance business economist) desirable
Indepth knowledge of insurance sectors (liability, property, transport, TV)
Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package
Independent work and a high degree of initiative and commitment
Reliable and customeroriented way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team
