Description

We are currently looking for dispatchers (m/f/d) for our location in Dortmund at the earliest possible date in the operations center.

Your tasks:

Monitoring of duty schedules and vehicle routes, as well as initiating corrections in case of deviations
Documentation of all services and irregularities performed during duty
Organization of operational vehicle and personnel usage, as well as train reinforcements if necessary and rail replacement services
Ensuring operational rail replacement services and connection guarantees
Dispatching of vehicles for maintenance and repairs
Data entry for performance billing
Coordination of accident management with all parties involved if necessary

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical or commercial education
Excellent knowledge of the operational procedures and processes of a railway company
Knowledge of relevant regulations in railway operations
Previous experience as a dispatcher (m/f/d) in a control center or as a train driver (m/f/d) is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Willingness to work in shifts
