Responsibilities:

You will handle written and telephone customer inquiries
You will be a competent contact person for our customers regarding order and delivery processes, payment information, and complaints
You will also provide product information on our diverse range of products and advise on colors, fabrics, and styles
You will work daily with our inventory management system
You will also work closely with adjacent departments such as warehouse, category management, and marketing

Qualifications:

You speak German at least at a C1 level, knowledge of other European languages at a B2 level is an advantage
Customer and service orientation are natural for you
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are proficient in using PC applications
It would be beneficial to have an interest in the topic of home and living
