    Description


    As part of the Regional MPL management team, this role is accountable for ensuring the deployment and execution of the Regional MPL Procurement & Capacity management strategy.

    Responsible


    for regulatory and procedural compliance, risk management and vendor quality control in all aspects of procurement, supplier relationship management & contracting activity exeuted within MPL specific region.

    Key

    Responsibilities
    Execute the MPL procurement strategy & roll-out global initiatives and strategy

    Ensures seamless communication and alignment with Global and Regional MPL Management

    Translate global category management strategy into regional procurmenet strategy

    Ensuring Area Procurement is governed by the region

    Region will take ownership, how to set the procurement policy acorss the areas

    Manage and steer the local MPL organization with respect to core supplier adherence

    Spearhead and direct teams to work

    together

    with local teams to

    understand

    and implement, when required, consolidation service opportunities for different products/routes/suppliers.

    Support

    local organisations with MPL expertise and build bridges between Product, Operations and Commercial

    Ensuring the elemant of HSE companant it's impeded into MPL regional/area process , when recruiting, identiying subcontracts.

    Vendor Management

    Identify the vendors' list that are qualified to work with us in the regions/areas

    Lead

    negotiations around MPL rates / contracts / services / incentives with new and existing suppliers

    Establish key contacts with suppliers and act as the regional procurement communication

    lead

    Set cost targets per supplier

    Accountable for management and maintenance of capacity and supplier allocations

    Performance Management

    Conduct regional regular QBR/MBR with suppliers

    Monitor Performance levels / KPI for all suppliers

    Benefits:
    Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.
    The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.

    The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
