    Job DescriptionPROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

    Highest Level of Education Required for this Position: Bachelor Degree engineering or MBA related to Procurement & Supply chain Management

    Experience: SAP, Excel, A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in EPC in Buying or Supply Chain Management or related field. Preferred: 3+ years' experience in Buying /Sourcing/Project Procurement or related fields.
    • The Sr. Procurement Specialist/Manager/ Buyer will develop and present project sourcing & procurement plans for capital projects
    • Lead Project Sourcing negotiations for project work streams to include services, materials, equipment and delivery schedules that correspond to areas of responsibility.
    • Meet with key customers routinely and proactively identify capital projects and contract value opportunities.
    • Manage end-to-end project sourcing and contracting process (including RFI/RFQ/RFPs) for assigned capital projects and other needed services or equipment.
    • Assist with contract start-up functions involving appropriate department managers.
    • Leverage market intelligence to evaluate, negotiate, and manage annual price fluctuations.
    • Negotiate commercial terms for significant or aggregated project-based spend associated with capital projects.
    • Manage contract life-cycle for all assigned capital projects and utilize existing Frame Agreements and Contractor Rate Agreements whenever possible.
    • Partner with Legal to ensure current and continued compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, both internal and external
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Education Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain, finance, accounting, or other business related fields.
    • Required: A minimum of 5-6 years' experience in Buying or Supply Chain Management or related field. Preferred: 3+ years' experience in Buying /Sourcing or related fields.
    • Ability to read and interpret Vendor quotes and schedules.
    • Knowledge of Logistics Export and Import process, Incoterms, & Supply Chain principles
    • Strong experience with P2P process of SAP.
    • Effective negotiation skills with vendors based on data and analytics
