- Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
- Ensure that all revenue recognition is in accordance with ASC 606 guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of AR processes.
- Assist with month-end close process, including account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve revenue-related issues.
- Review and analyze AR aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on AR metrics.
- Assist with other accounting projects and tasks as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable required, with at least 1 year in a management role preferred
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct) preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
