    Business Acumen:

    • Consistently achieve/exceed your personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the Manager to contribute to the Company's success

    • Show a solid understanding of diverse market segments and customer profiles

    Team Engagement:

    • Assist the management team in continuously coaching the team's product knowledge & understanding

    • Take charge of team management when the Manager and Assistant Manager are absent

    Future-Oriented:

    • Maintain comprehensive personal knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations and advocacy for products, campaigns, and promotions

    • Pursue opportunities to aid the Brand through project involvement

    • Uphold our values, ensuring that prosperity remains at the heart of all our endeavors

    • Support both new and existing customers
