    Job Description Job Description Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring a well-qualified Benefits Specialist for one of our premier clients, a globalfull-service specialtylessor and finance organization.

    This role operates onsite 4 out of 5 days per week.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in benefit administration and is highly ambitious and driven to support and represent this function with a positive demeanor and passion for serving others, including all levels of staff.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIESAssist in the administration and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

    Support enrollment processes, assist with invoicing, address employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
    Collaborate with benefit providers, insurance brokers, and other vendors to facilitate smooth service delivery and renewal of benefits.

    Administer STD, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation and general leaves and respond to related inquiries,Support HR team members in executing various projects, initiatives, and tasks as required.

    Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and other HR activities on a temporary basis.
    Assist in updating HR and benefits-related communications, including policies, procedures, and employee noticesMaintain and progress the Payfactors platform integrationIdentify opportunities for enhancing HR processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing benefits programs during the temporary assignmentAssist with global salary surveys and reporting that ACG participates inProvide support and back up for other HR and employee relations tasks, initiatives, or projects including:Employee surveysDepartmental efficiencies and automationEmployee recognition and appreciation programsCoordinating and tracking for training sessionsHRIS maintenanceHandle other projects and tasks as neededKEY RELATIONSHIPS & LEADERSHIPHR teamPayroll teamInternal Risk teamFinance teamInsurance brokers and benefits carriersAbility to effectively interface with employees and vendors at all levels, in multiple countries and time zonesQUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Human Resources or related fieldPrior experience in HR administration, with exposure to benefits managementStrong analytical skills; strong with numbers, calculations and data; able to self-manage; team playerMinimum of 5 years of Benefits & Compensation experience in a fast-paced, highly accurate environmentProficient with MS Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefitsDetail oriented, with a focus on accuracy and complianceFamiliarity with ADP/WFH and Payfactors preferredInternational benefits experience is a plus
