    We're looking for a Customer Account Representative specializing in customer acquisitions, retention, sales, marketing, and team building. This position is crucial to our company's success in delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Customer Account Representative, you will efficiently communicate the benefits and features of our client's services to their customers while setting up new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.

    Duties:

    • Interact with consumers to answer questions and explain client products and features.
    • Gather data and process client information.
    • Review product knowledge daily to stay current and provide sales training to newcomers once eligible.
    • Identify and understand competitors in the market to ensure an easy comparison for potential consumers.
    • Provide a high level of quality and ensure standards and client expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and social competency
    • 1-2 years working in a customer service field
    • Professional demeanor, organized, and reliable
    • Practical and skillful communication skills
    • Ambition, a strong work ethic, and an earnest willingness to learn
    • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
