Shaughnessy Overland Express specializes in transporting exotic sports cars, high-end vehicles and antiques in our top-of-the-line enclosed trucks.
We are seeking a sophisticated person to be our financial representative.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconciling cash, bank accounts and revenues
• Helping to maintain an accurate general ledger, making occasional adjustments as needed
• Issuing invoices to and collecting payments from customers
• Preparing weekly AP?AR report
• Collecting information for auditing purposes
• Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Client bookkeeping on QuickBooks Online
• Prepare bank deposits and taking to the bank
• Data entry and other accounting functions as assigned
• Prepare Documents as Needed

Computer Skills:

Be
well versed in QuickBooks (at least 3 Years Experience), MS Office, specifically Word and Excel


Other Skills and Abilities:

Must be detail oriented
Ability to Communicate Accurately and Clearly Orally and in Writing

Employment hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am -5pm.


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour

• Paid time off accrued weekly after six months

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
