The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all the manufacturing work cells and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all the manufacturing and Quality Control laboratories.
Organized with analytical capabilities and communication skills, independently motivated, a resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment.
This position supports all labs and personnel for the Lodi Manufacturing organization with 24x7 operation.This position is part of the Quality Control Team and will be located in Lodi, CA on-site . This is a Night Shift Position . Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of Quality Control personnel.
Supports development of control material Qualification process. Ensures maintenance of QC equipment – qualification, calibration and maintenance.
Participate in investigations for failures during Quality control testing; perform troubleshooting, process development, and improvement activities.
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of laboratory experience, OR
~ Experience with analytical methods, and Microbiology testing.
~ Manage changing conditions, processes, and approaches, and lead organizations through change effectively.
~ Track record of measurable, operational improvements to Quality Systems related functions
Experience in Quality Control Laboratory Operations
Experience in Manufacturing Operations
Experience with molecular diagnostics
