    As part of the Hiring Team at Sonar, you will be part of the adventure of shaping the growth and success of our dynamic team. Bringing your market knowledge, you will integrate a team of passionate recruiters, working in a data and human-driven environment in a continuous-improvement mindset. You will be the go-to person for our Austin teams for hiring-related subjects, working in close collaboration with the HQ in Geneva, Switzerland.

    On a daily basis, you will

    • Have fun with your team, learn from each other, and put a smile on candidate's faces
    • Manage the recruitment cycle for Austin-based positions for GTM roles
    • Own the candidate pipeline and ensure candidates are progressing through recruitment stages in a timely manner
    • Run first video interviews, assess candidate's skills, engage with them and write feedback
    • Help to define and streamline the recruitment process in order to gain efficiency
    • Identify gaps and areas of improvement in the process and solve issues together with other teams
    • Be responsible for the accurate use of our ATS (Lever) within the company and train others on data accuracy when needed
    • Identify the most useful metrics to share with teams and use data to influence decisions
    • Participate in local office events, be the Recruiter representative at job fairs and help to reach out and partner with local universities
    • Partner with the rest of the recruiters in continuous improvement actions and projects

    The skills you will demonstrate

    • +5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience recruiting for GTM positions (mandatory)
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
    • Previous experience in an agency is strongly appreciated, experience recruiting for the Austin area is mandatory
    • Passion for customer service and supporting business
    • Valuing data and making data-driven decisions
    • Self-driven and autonomous who also loves being part of a team, bouncing ideas, and sharing knowledge
    • Can do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
    • Great communicator with a collaborative mindset who values feedback, both giving and receiving
