Position Summary:
As the Vice President, Product Marketing, you will be the driving force behind owning and evolving GTM at scale, intimately understand our customers, knowing our competition, effectively creating demand and increasing measurable ROI for customers, prospects and LINQers.
In this role you will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth by strengthening our leadership position in the market with differentiated go-to-marketing strategy, driving better engagement with prospects, users, and buyers, and garnering market insights to inform product strategy and sales execution.
You and your team will be measured by Key Performance Indicators including improving growth metrics (product line ARR), product activation and adoption (NRR), competitive win rates and expansion plays.
This role requires building strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including product management, sales, solutions consulting, client experience and the rest of marketing to create long-term value for our customers and the business.
This role requires a proven ability to execute strategically with a focus on measurable outcomes, building and developing a high-performance team in a fast-growing SaaS company, and experience in driving business transformation.
You'll spend time with customers learning about their needs and challenges.As a critical thinker and catalyst for change, you will drive key initiatives and cross-functional programs required to increase revenue.

Engineering
Consultin g teams and the rest of Marketing to make product & customer initiatives successful in the markets we serve including new product launches, product refreshes, upsell/cross-sell strategies and conversion strategies.
What you bring to the role:
years of experience in GTM roles [HT1]
(marketing, sales, solution engineering) or related fields, 5 years developing and leading teams (directly and cross-functionally).
[HT2]
Desire and passion to get "hands-on" with the products, our teams, our processes and playbooks to deepen skills and expertise.
