    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As our Product Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute programs for residential and commercial solar installers to improve the customer experience and loyalty worldwide.

    You will be the internal voice of the installer, ensuring that our new products, software and services consider inputs from our installers.

    Your role will include components of program management, beginning with collecting feedback from select installers via surveys, sales or in-person installer meetings, delivering features and services specifically targeted at installers, and bringing Tigo closer to the installer community.

    You will leverage those wins to expand and broaden the connections with the ever-evolving global installer network.

    Other inputs to the program definition will include mining Tigo's ever increasing datasets of the ~55K (monitored) install base and using analytics to determine which features benefit the installer community and driving the company in that direction.

    Your ability to prioritize what we deliver based on what we can monetize, via economic value and increasing installers willingness to pay will be key.


    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    Facilitate and drive internal cross-functional teams to develop and deliver, world-class collateral/training/webinars/etc. for the global installer customer base
    Develop strong relationships with installers and feed their insight into the New Product Development Process, Customer Support Process, etc.
    Create and implement Installer Incentive Programs to ensure correct motivating of the Installer communities while maximizing Tigo's ROI
    Solicit installer feedback via surveys and similar, develop and execute company-changing initiatives to align company output with serving installers in order to grow mind-share and marketshare
    Be able to prioritize what we deliver based on economic value and monetization opportunity
    Grow Tigo Energy's mindshare with installers

    WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE
    8+ years of experience driving influence with indirect customers or end customer via distributor models or, more applicably in the solar industry, with installers via distributors
    Experience driving influence internally in a cross-functional capacity, creating a vision (storytelling) for internal stakeholders
    Prior Customer Success Manager experience in high tech industries, Solar and SaaS are preferred
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead with initiative
    Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in a technical, marketing or business-related field
    $115,000 - $140,000 a year
