    Fair Lawn, NJ law firm is seeking a full time Associate Attorney

    Our client is a growing dynamic law firm based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey that represents all manner of healthcare providers in various capacities but primarily in reimbursement disputes with commercial health insurance carriers. This candidate would be more to work under a more senior attorney's supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting complaints
    • Engaging in legal research and writing to assist in motion practice
    • Involvement in settlement negotiations and court appearances

    Requirements:

    • 0-2 years' experience
    • Admitted in NY and NJ preferred. At least one is required (preferably NJ). However, we will consider brand new graduates who are awaiting their bar results (though they will likely be studying for the bar through July)
    • Federal admission in either NJ or EDNY/SDNY preferred but not required

    Location: Fair Lawn, NJ, 07410

    Position: On-site

    Start: ASAP

    Salary: 90-110k
