    Akkodis is seeking an Ecommerce Manager in New York, NY Hybrid).

    E-commerce Manager

    New York, NY Hybrid)

    6 months contract (potential to be temp to perm)

    Pay Range: $60 -$66.83/hour

    Notes from Manager:

    This department oversees the direct-to-consumer websites for multiple designer fragrances- 6 brands in total. The team manages the functionality of these websites from end to end.

    The Site Experience Lead will support and assist one manager with focusing on all aspects of the website - pricing, positioning, and design.

    The candidate should be knowledgeable of both the design and technology portion of website experience.

    The ideal candidate is strong in data analysis, merchandising, and technology, and an expert in user experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in this specific type of role.

    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant e-commerce experience; product or program management, site merchandising, and tech background a plus.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform preferred.
    • Creating and driving mobile-first strategies.
    • Strategic with the ability to take on large scopes of work and prioritize effectively.
    • For user-centric design; commitment to research, competitive analysis, user/stakeholder reviews, analytics, and unbiased recommendations in a highly collaborative environment.
    • For building effective partnerships and interacting successfully with diverse individuals at all levels.

    Judgment and Decision Making:

    • The role will require a balance of analytical thinking, communication skills, and data management skills as it will require a demonstrated ability to develop consumer knowledge and insight and to act on the data in collaboration with internal brand & external account partners.
    • requires constant interaction within a matrixed business structure (Marketing, E-commerce, GM, CMO) to coordinate work and deliver objectives. Actively builds networks and becomes an in-house expert on the account database to influence, convince, and introduce new ways of improving site UX.
