    We're searching for a proactive, data-oriented and highly self-motivated manager to bring a strong familiarity with Amazon and digital advertising fundamentals to the team.

    This person will know how to manipulate key levers that drive performance and synthesize data insights, and will support the smooth transition towards in-house responsibilities that are currently outsourced to our agency partner.

    This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (3 days in office p/w on average) based in Tribeca, NYC.As eCommerce Manager (Amazon & Retail Media), you'll: Own demand generation, data analysis, inventory management and implementation of SEO & PPC strategies across Amazon & Retailer storefronts.

    Lead end-to-end Amazon account management, focusing on optimizing product listings for search, conversion, and customer satisfaction, while managing the product launch cycle to meet deadlines and revenue targets.

    Collaborate with internal partners across Marketing and Operations to manage Amazon inventory and ensure a strong customer experience on the platform.

    Be the main POC for Amazon vendor contacts. Utilize ads to enhance product visibility and traffic, while monitoring competitor activities and market trends for strategic planning. Conduct comprehensive keyword research for PPC campaigns, optimizing product listings and managing business objectives. Analyze sales performance data to generate reports, track trends, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

    Requirements Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience managing an Amazon business A comprehensive understanding of Amazon Ads including but not limited to: ad auction, bidding types, general advertising ecosystem, copy & creative, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.

    Analyzed and reported on digital media accounts and campaign trends. Experience with Seller Central and advertising management tools (e.g. Perpetua)

    Must be able to demonstrate successful track record in Amazon management and/or Amazon sales growth Experience with web merchandising, content and creative optimization Operations experience, including order management process and strong knowledge of key Amazon supply chain KPIs Experience in the consumer products industry and/or startup environments is a plus Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment Growth mindset Willing to dive into details and get hands dirty What we value:

    Magic Spoon intends to offer competitive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.

    To further compensate and recognize our employees for their work, our total compensation package includes equity and a robust benefits package.

    The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $135,000.
