We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Empowered Ventures. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing and maintaining general administrative processes within EV, supporting various initiatives launched by the Chief of Staff, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of EV events and summits, including registration, logistics, and materials preparation.
Manage recurring ESOP activities and celebratory events, ensuring seamless execution.
Handle swag ordering, inventory management, and coordination of other gifts.
Manage print orders, shipping, and mailing requirements as needed.
Support all EV team members in the expense report process and travel arrangements.
Track and manage speaking opportunities and guest appearances for EV team members.
Enter accounts payable information accurately and in a timely manner.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactions.
Take initiative, anticipate needs, and execute tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
Maintain strong organization and follow-up habits to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff and other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in general administration and event planning is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; willingness to learn other productivity tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
High level of responsibility, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
Internally resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
