What can you expect?

• You will install and maintain the IT infrastructure of our clients for our software FEPA (Windows client, Windows and Linux servers, virtual environments, network connections, MS-SQL, Ingres)
• You will be responsible for maintenance and administration of server operating systems, such as installing and configuring systems, release changes, applying patches and their applications
• You will work in customer service for technical hotline inquiries about our ERP software FEPA via remote maintenance and occasionally on-site
• You will coordinate installation, administration and optimization of our internal IT infrastructure

What should you bring?

• You have completed vocational training with a commercial or technical focus or a degree in these areas
• You have professional experience as a system administrator (m/f/d), ideally in the ERP environment
• You are proficient in handling Windows client and server operating systems, MS Windows, Active Directory
• You have experience with SQL Server databases, VMware and Office 365
• You have a methodical, solution-oriented approach and a high level of customer orientation
• You have very good German language skills, as you will be advising our customers
