We are currently seeking graduates in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, social work, or a related field for our teams in Prenzlauer Berg and Weißensee, Lizton, IN.

This position involves working 30-40 hours per week in individual apartments (provided by the organization) for adolescents. The work schedule will include regular early, late, and occasional weekend shifts.


We are a non-profit organization in the field of youth welfare with approximately 200 places for the care of children, adolescents, mothers/fathers with children, and families.


Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who are assertive and have experience in youth welfare. Flexibility and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, is also desired. This work requires qualities such as flexibility, commitment, and resilience.

The ability to manage cases precisely, including using appropriate methods and documentation, as well as specific administrative tasks, is essential for providing client-centered care.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can support our team within our innovative organization, and is open to training and further education.
