Description

5:00pm - 9:00pm
Job Summary:
Performs manual labor associated with daily cleaning and all aspects of maintaining all floor surfaces
Essential Functions:
Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specificationsComply with uniform dress code and personal hygiene standardsClean all assigned areas in accordance with contract specificationsSweep, dust mop, and damp mop floorsUse wet vacs and vacuums for carpets and tileDetail corners and edgesEmpty and clean machines after useMove furniture/equipment to gain access to floorsMix and measure chemicalsPrepare, use, and care for equipmentPerform preventative maintenance check on equipment before and after useFollow all safety rules and procedures when using any equipmentStrip, seal, wax, burnish, & buff floors; clean carpets as requiredUse low speed and high speed rotary floor machines and ride on floor machinesUse scrubbers, burnishers, buffers, strippers, and extractorsUse wet vacs, carpet extractors, and carpet spottersRemoval trash in specific areas when requiredPass and comply with all building and security requirements and procedures

Education:
