Your tasks

  • Organizing meetings and sessions (coordinating appointments, organizational preparation and follow-up, creating and sending documents and protocols)
  • Supporting the departments/teams with organizational tasks, including travel management and expense reports
  • Creating and reviewing documents and presentations
