As a (Senior) Content & Creator Manager (m/f/d), you are passionate about content marketing and the first point of contact for our creators and their managements. In this role, you will take care of our collaborations and partnerships with creators and negotiate the best deals for both sides. We are looking for you full-time at our offices in Hamburg or Berlin.

That's the job

You strategically develop future influencer and content strategies for our diverse clients
Creating content plans and ensuring the creative quality of vertical videos
Sourcing, communication, and closing deals with suitable influencers and creators for our brands
Budget allocation for creators
Guiding junior team members
Continuous process optimization and identifying areas for improvement

That's you
